This policy covers how ASL EXPO (owned and managed by ASL MEDIA, LLC) treats indentifying information that we collect or receive in relationship to your interest in our event.

Our data collection and use policies with respect to the Site are set forth in this statement (“Policy”). By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Policy.

This policy does not apply to practices of companies that ASL MEDIA does not own or control, or to people that ASL MEDIA does not employ or manage.

The aslexpo.com Web site (the “Site”) is maintained and powered by ASL MEDIA, LLC.

Children under the age of 13

We encourage parents to use the Site with their children. However it is not the intention or purpose of the Site to collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided person-ally identifiable information to the Site, we will promptly remove such information from our files.

Definitions

When we use the term “personally identifiable information” in this Policy we are referring to any information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

What does ASL MEDIA, LLC do with information collected on the Site?

3. Order information will be used to fulfill customer orders.

4. We may also use postal address information provided by visitors to send them, among other things, infor-mation on other ASL MEDIA events or products.

5. We may use information about your activities on the Site to improve the performance of our Site including our content and layout.
